If the customer is not satisfied with the product(s) there will be options available for them to choose from. The customer will be able to exchange for another product of equal value or a different product can be selected of higher value and the amount of the returning product will be subtracted from the order total or a full refund will be processed. This can be done within the first 10 days after purchase with a receipt. If a receipt is not available it is up to the owners discretion on how the refund will be handled. Any other product dissatisfaction up to 30 days after purchase can be refunded at ½ the purchase price at the discretion of the owner. Product dissatisfaction after 30 days will not be refunded.
